3D Shoot for the Cure // Semiahmoo Fish & Game Club

This weekend, my husband Steve and I had a weekend full of archery at our club, Semiahmoo Fish & Game Club for the 3D Shoot for the Cure.

Last year, Steve and I just picked up archery as a hobby and we figured by now we'd be able to shoot a round without losing too many arrows in the 3D shoot. :)  It was a lot of fun (and I only lost one arrow, haha... better than I expected!)

Incase you're not entirely sure what a 3D shoot is... 3D archery is a form of target archery (and it's addicting and tons of fun!).  Targets are set along a course, in this case along the nature trails in the woods of Semiahmoo Fish & Game Club.  The challenging part is that you have to guess how far the target is... it can range from 20-50 yards.

We had a great time, met a lot of new friends from our club (Semiahmoo Archers) and received some great advice and tips throughout the weekend from some of the experts! :)
