3D Fun Shoot // Semiahmoo Fish & Game Club

Our club, Semiahmoo Archers, hosted our July 3D Fun Shoot yesterday!  It was a tricky and challenging course, but we still had a blast.  A few of the guys from our club got together Saturday morning and created a pretty tough course for everyone to shoot.  It was great though - I'm pretty sure everyone still had fun even though no one ended up shooting a perfect round (but that means it's a good course right?  Can't have it too easy!)

Here's a few photos from one of our rounds in the morning.  I keep forgetting that I have my tiny Sony camera in my quiver so I only managed to take a handful of photos.
Tough Course... that's all I can say! :)

The R100 Archery Shoot // Olympia, WA

This past weekend, Steve had the chance to head down to the States to Olympia, WA and shoot in the R100 Archery Shoot held by Rinehart Targets and Captiol City Bowmen.  I wasn't able to make it this time (was photographing a wedding in BC), but Steve was able to carpool down with a bunch of friends from our club (Semiahmoo Archers) and had a blast despite the heat wave!

Here's a few photos from Steve's iPhone and from friends that took photos over the weekend... can't wait to go next year!

Happy Canada Day!

Hope you are enjoying your day off out in the sunshine!  Maybe some archery??? :)  We will be starting off our morning with some archery practice out at the range and then hopefully get things together and packed for the R100 in Olympia this weekend!  Then an evening with friends and Canada Day fireworks!
